At Pima Sales LLC, our vision is to help churches across the United States experience worship without distraction. We specialize in in-person audio and visual consulting—empowering ministries with clear sound, powerful livestreams, and systems that serve, not stress. Born from hands-on experience and a passion for excellence in worship tech, we’re committed to restoring clarity, confidence, and purpose in every sanctuary we enter.
Our community is the local church—from small-town sanctuaries to large urban campuses—serving congregations of all sizes and backgrounds. We’ve walked alongside A/V volunteers, worship leaders, and pastors who want more than just gear—they want to serve with excellence and intention.
We know the pressure that comes with tech that fails, volunteers who feel untrained, and budgets that feel stretched. That’s why we bring solutions that meet churches right where they are. Our roots run deep in hands-on experience, not just certifications. We live in the Sunday morning crunch. We’ve rebuilt systems from scratch. And we’ve seen how powerful a healthy tech ministry can be.
We don’t just fix systems—we build relationships. Our outreach is hands-on, in-person, and deeply personal. Every church we visit receives tailored consulting, on-site walkthroughs, and solutions crafted specifically for their space and team. We join rehearsal nights. We observe full services. We listen, learn, and lead from a place of shared mission.
Beyond consulting, we offer ongoing support for our clients—including remote troubleshooting, graphics assistance, and volunteer training. And in January 2026, we expand globally, bringing our support to churches beyond U.S. borders.
Born in the US and raised as a missionary kid in Bolivia, Jean Mooney was immersed in ministry and music from a young age. By age 8, he was already running analog soundboards and learning the art of live production hands-on. Over the years, he rebuilt complete church A/V systems, trained volunteer teams, and led sound departments in churches across the country.
After a career-ending injury forced him into a different path, Jean found himself drawn back to his lifelong passion—serving the Church through technology. What began as volunteering evolved into a full-scale mission to help churches experience clarity, excellence, and peace of mind in every service.
Today, through Pima Sales LLC, Jean brings decades of real-world experience, a heart for ministry, and a commitment to excellence into every sanctuary he serves—ensuring that nothing stands in the way of the message being heard.
Jean Mooney served in the A/V department at Elim Evangelical Free Church in Puyallup, WA, where I served as an intentional interim from June 2019 to March 2021. He played a key role in helping us overhaul our aging audio system. Jean took the initiative to research what equipment would best suit our sanctuary and worked with an external A/V specialist to assess our space and troubleshoot our challenges. He helped coordinate the installation process and was instrumental in planning and executing the system upgrade. In addition to his technical contributions, Jean regularly volunteered to run sound during Sunday services and rehearsals. His natural ability to troubleshoot and serve with humility made him a trusted and valued member of our team. He was a reliable volunteer who worked with integrity, dedication and skill. It’s no surprise to see him turn this passion into a full-time calling. I believe many churches will be blessed by his gifts and experience.
